Realizing a dream

After spending 34 years at the same company, I retired last summer to give myself the time and space to figure out what I wanted to do in the next chapter of my life. I knew before I retired that I wanted to help people (my definition of leadership is to help everyone around me be successful). In the latter part of my career my fulfillment came from coaching and mentoring the next generation of leaders, especially women and minorities, and finding ways to use my role to help the broader community, especially The Lighthouse of Houston https://www.houstonlighthouse.org/. In addition, I have a knack for strategy and have the privilege to teach a strategy course in the University of Oklahoma’s Executive MBA in Energy program.

So it only made sense to start a coaching business that will allow me to do the things I love and work with people who want to
